From 2001 to 2019 owner, managing partner of restoration firm Conservart snc. In 1998 she acquired a diploma as a restorer with professional specialization in the restoration of ancient paintings on canvas at the E.N.A.I.P. Lombardia, Regional School for the Enhancement of Artistic and Cultural Heritage in Botticino (BS).
In 1997 he obtained the two-year post-diploma qualification of Restoration Technician Operator from E.N.A.I.P. Lombardy.
The work experience acquired after twenty years of work and updating has led to intervene in multiple areas of application with different Clients (Public and Private Institutions, Ecclesiastical Institutions, professionals in the sector…) starting from the study and design of interventions up to their actual execution, managing efficient relations with the bodies in charge of the protection of Cultural Heritage (Superintendence).

From 2004 to 2019, he collaborated with professionals and restoration firms, expanding and consolidating management and professional autonomy, constantly updating with new techniques, materials, and areas of application. Graduated in 2004 with a score of 110/110 from the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in the course of Restoration for Contemporary Art (Level II Academic Title equivalent to Master Degree LMR/02 Class LM-89 History of Art), she has been working for more than 16 years in the restoration and conservation of movable and immovable Cultural Heritage.

Professional Maître Chocolatier learns the art in his home country from the best experts. He manages to reconcile the decorative skill of the Russian school with excellent Italian raw materials.
He introduces and reinterprets the chocolate praline in a modern way, gaining great success and interest among industry professionals and Chefs. This led her to enter the profession of teaching and consulting at Italy’s top professional training schools for pastry and chocolate makers including Pica Pastry School and CuciniAmo.
International magazine L’Officiel names her the Lady of Italian Chocolate.
Founder of LucreaLab where, in addition to conducting individual and group training courses for amateurs and professionals, she offers the sale of her own chocolate creations. Aesthetics are fused with the study of flavor and texture pairings through continuous research and creativity to give birth to unrepeatable works of art and unique experiences.
MARTINA TENZ | Personal Chef
Chef with 10 years of experience in the industry. Based in Lodi (Milan) but conducts business anywhere in northern Italy and abroad. Specialized in Finger Food (completing professional certificates with Federazione Italiana Cuochi together with chef Gianluca Tomasi) worked for Marco Pierre White (1 Michelin star), was event sous chef for Tate Britain and Tate Modern museums in London, had experience in major Catering between Italy, Germany, (Zerobriciole, The ritz Carlton, Gastico Berlin), Spain as a freelance chef, and as her last experience was sous chef for events at the 5* Pillows Grand Hotel Reylof in Ghent, under the management of star chef Ron Blaauw.
She then decided to return to her homeland and embark on the road as a Home Chef, for private events and collaborator for companies as a Food Designer through Instagram and Facebook.
His education, however, has an artistic and Design basis: in fact, he studied at the Liceo Artistico A.Volta in Pavia with a focus on architecture and interiors and at the IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) in Turin with a focus on Industrial Design. In her dishes, she takes inspiration a bit from everything around her: from nature to music, from people to emotions, from Design to the paintings of her favorite artists. As a Food Designer, she has studied and continues to study and observe, via Instagram, famous chefs in order to take cues in the care of the plating and details, also taking courses on Gronda’s platform to expand her knowledge. In the services he offers clients as a home chef, he is always looking for the “wow” effect; his desire is to leave a memory of a dining experience in the people who try his cuisine.
